Barbers

Your shop's page. Your diary. No cut.

Customers pick a cut, a barber or "anyone", and a time. You stop picking up the phone mid-fade.

  • Deposits per customer

Set a regular to nothing upfront and a past no-show to pay in full. Everyone else pays the deposit you choose.

  • Regulars skip the deposit

After 3 visits, a regular stops paying a deposit automatically. They type their number and it's gone.

  • Off sick? Sorted

Mark a barber off and you get the list of customers to move. Move them to another barber in a tap.

  • Walk-ins now

Your booking page shows your next free gaps, so walk-ins can see before they come in. One tap says "in the chair".

  • Repeat bookings and waiting list

"Every 4 weeks, 6 visits" in one go. When someone cancels, the waiting list gets a text.

  • Bring your customers across

I import your list from Booksy, Fresha, Treatwell or a spreadsheet. You don't type a single name in.

Hair salons

Booking that knows how a salon works.

Stylist-level prices, patch tests for colour, and deposits on the long appointments where a no-show really hurts.

  • Patch tests

Colour bookings ask about a patch test. If one is needed, it won't allow a booking less than 48 hours away. The date is saved and checked next time.

  • Colour card on each client

Formula, developer and timing, shown on their booking. No digging through a paper file.

  • Prices by stylist level

Junior, stylist and senior prices are worked out for you. Change someone's level and their prices follow.

  • Deposits on long slots

Protect the 3-hour balayage. Clients tick to accept your policy before paying, and it's saved as evidence for the bank.

  • Posts made for you

Colour of the week, balayage reveal, free slots tomorrow: the app writes the caption and makes the picture. You just tap.

  • Your morning text

Your day in one message: today's bookings, any notes, and who's off.

Nails, lashes and brows

Built for long appointments and loyal clients.

Full sets, infills and lash lifts, with deposits where a no-show really hurts and reminders that bring clients back for their infill.

  • Patch tests for tints

Lash lifts and brow tints ask about a patch test. If one is needed, it won't allow a booking less than 48 hours away, and the date is saved.

  • Infill reminders

"Time for your infill" goes out at the right gap for each client, so they rebook before the set grows out.

  • Deposits on full sets

Protect the 2-hour set. Clients tick to accept your policy before paying, and it's kept as evidence for the bank.

  • Stamps and refer a friend

A loyalty card and a referral link for every client. Friends who book earn them a stamp after their first visit.

  • Posts made for you

Nails of the week, lash transformations, free slots tomorrow: the app writes the caption and makes the picture.

  • No cut of new clients

Fresha takes 20% of a marketplace client's first visit. We take nothing, ever.

What you'd pay elsewhere

One flat price, however busy you get.

Two examples over a year. Commission and add-on fees grow with your bookings. This doesn't.

Example: a 3-chair barber

Assumes 10 new customers a month come through the marketplace, at £20 each.

Booksy (no Boost)£600£600
Booksy with Boost~£1,320~£1,320
Fresha~£840~£840
Treatwell~£1,000+~£1,000+
Square (Plus)£348 + card fees£348 + card fees

Example: a solo nail or lash tech

One person, with loyalty and review prompts switched on where the app sells them separately.

Yearly cost for a solo nail or lash tech
ProviderYear 1Each year after
Us (solo plan)£269£240
Fresha, booking only~£215~£215
Fresha with loyalty~£934~£934
Fresha with loyalty and review prompts~£1,120~£1,120
Booksy£480£480

To be straight with you: Fresha's booking-only plan and Square cost less than us if all you want is a diary. Once you add loyalty and review prompts, they cost far more. What you get here is everything set up for you, your own branding, features built for your trade, and a local person to ring.

Year 1 includes the £100 set-up and a free first month (set-up is free if you're switching, so £330). A solo barber pays £20 a month. Fresha prices include VAT and were checked 24 October 2026; others 21 October 2026. Some come from third-party sites, and prices change, so check a rival's own price page. "~" means approximate.

How it works

Three steps, and you don't touch a settings page.

  1. We talk

A quick chat about your services, prices, staff and hours.

  2. I set it up in a day

Using your existing customer list from Booksy, Fresha, Treatwell or a spreadsheet. Your name and colours throughout.

  3. Your link goes live

On your Instagram bio, your Google listing and your website, as a "Book now" button or the booking page inside your site.

Questions

Things people ask.

Do you take a cut of new customers?

No. We never take a cut, new customer or not. One flat monthly price, full stop.

Is there a contract?

No. It's monthly, and you can cancel any time. Billing stops that day, and you take your data with you.

What if I stop paying?

The app pauses. Nothing is deleted, and you can always download your customers. Pay and it's all back.

Who holds the deposit money?

It goes straight into your own account, through Stripe. We never touch it.

Can it go on my website?

Yes. A "Book now" button, the booking page inside your site, or a link in your Instagram bio and Google listing.

Does it send text reminders?

Yes, the day before. Customers can move or cancel from the text, so they don't need to ring you.

What if I'm ill or on holiday?

Book it off, and customers can't book you. Anyone already booked is listed so you can move them or give them a call.

What if a customer gets their bank to refund a no-show fee?

Customers tick to accept your policy before paying, and we keep a record of the wording and time. That's your evidence for the bank.
